Automation Upgrades & Retrofitting 

Below are some pictures of a valve replacement job that we did. The existing pneumatic butterfly on this kettle were failing constantly, the seals in the valves were just not able to handle the heat of the product. Working very close with the maintenance team we were came up with a plan to replace the butterfly valves with much more robust ball valves. With careful planning and quality execution there system is now up and running with no more seal failures and loss of production time.
