Design, fabrication, and installation of a custom internal calandria for brewery application. This project included precision welding of a new calandria assembly, fabrication of the hood and hi-hat components, and on-site installation. We also rerouted the existing CIP (Clean-in-Place) system to integrate seamlessly with the new equipment. The result is a high-efficiency internal heating unit built to enhance energy transfer and streamline the brewing process.
