We fabricated and delivered four custom fermentation vessels for Imperial Yeast, built from 12-gauge 304 stainless steel. Each vessel included a precision-rolled 36" diameter cylinder, dual-cone bottoms (30° and 60° angles), and laser-cut components such as ring spacers and leg bucklers. The entire fabrication process was completed in-house, ensuring high weld quality and sanitary-grade finishes. The vessels were delivered ready for installation and production.
